1. Couple’s names

2. Wedding date

3. Cake flavours for each tier (up to 3 tiers)

SIZE - A5 Arch size 20 x 13.3 cm, Base size 17 x 6cm

DESIGN PROOF - A design proof will be sent to you via email for you to confirm it's correct or if any changes are required. Your cake menu will not be made until I have conformation the proof is correct.

PRODUCT CARE
All my items are handmade to order, so every item is unique. Please do take care when removing from packaging. All items should be kept away from direct heat.

REFUND POLICY
Mistakes on Our Part:
If the personalised item you receive contains an error made by us (e.g., incorrect name, spelling mistakes, or wrong customisation), please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will gladly remake the item with the correct details or provide a full refund.

Damaged Items:
If your personalised item arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. We may request photographic evidence of the damage. Upon confirmation, we will offer a replacement or a full refund.

Non-Refundable Situations
We do not accept returns or offer refunds for personalised items if the mistake is due to incorrect information provided by the customer at the time of order.
If you are not completely happy with your order please contact us and we will do our best to fix any issues.
