DESIGN PROOF
For Personalised items I send a proof of the design which needs to be checked and confirmed is correct before I will make the item. This will be sent via email. However if I don’t receive conformation the proof is correct after 3 days then I will go ahead and make the item in order to keep within my processing & dispatch times.

DELIVERY INFO
Please take note of my current dispatch times before checkout, as each item is handmade to order and made to high quality standards. All items are dispatched Royal Mail Tracked 48

PRODUCT CARE
All my items are handmade to order, so every item is unique. Please do take care when removing from packaging. All items should be kept away from direct heat. Do Not Scrub as this may damage the writing.

REFUND POLICY
Mistakes on Our Part:
If the personalised item you receive contains an error made by us (e.g., incorrect name, spelling mistakes, or wrong customisation), please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will gladly remake the item with the correct details or provide a full refund.

Damaged Items:
If your personalised item arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. We may request photographic evidence of the damage. Upon confirmation, we will offer a replacement or a full refund.

Non-Refundable Situations
We do not accept returns or offer refunds for personalised items if the mistake is due to incorrect information provided by the customer at the time of order.
If you are not completely happy with your order please contact us and we will do our best to fix any issues.
